The success story

A global leader in developing and marketing cutting-edge metalworking fluids, faced significant challenges in advancing its digital transformation goals. The company encountered barriers related to outdated systems, manual processes, and limited integration capabilities.

To address these issues, the organization partnered with Fortude to optimize its existing Infor CloudSuite Chemicals implementation and conduct a Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA). This strategic assessment helped uncover key gaps, define a clear transformation roadmap, and provide actionable recommendations to achieve its long-term goals.

Challenges

The company faced several challenges:

  • Infrastructure: Incomplete infrastructure hampered cloud migration and global integration efforts.
  • Legacy systems: Outdated, on-premise systems created barriers to

  • Data: Consolidating reports from multiple systems required extensive manual effort, limiting drilldown capabilities and delaying actionable analysis.

The DMA served as a cornerstone of the engagement. Fortude’s experts conducted a week-long assessment to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business processes, technological ecosystem, and strategic objectives.

Optimize Infor CloudSuite Chemicals

  • Enhanced supply chain workflows, providing immediate value.
  • Delivered training sessions to ensure the team could fully leverage the ERP system.
