Meet Lucas

Lucas is a Consultant at Fortude, working with global clients to rethink processes and build solutions that move their businesses forward.

Starting the day

The day begins with coffee, emails and a quick catch-up with the team, sharing updates, aligning priorities and setting the pace for the day ahead.

Understanding the challenge

A call with the client helps Lucas understand their pain points, ask the right questions and start uncovering new opportunities.

Designing the solution

Back with the team, ideas start to come alive. Whiteboards fill up, perspectives collide, and the right solution begins to take shape.

Wheels up

With the plan ready, Lucas and the team board a flight to meet the client in person, ready to turn the design into something real.

At the client site

Lucas walks the client team through the solution, answering questions, gathering feedback and refining the approach together.

Dinner and a city to explore

After a full day of ideas and discussions, Lucas and the team head out for dinner with the client team, good food, great conversation and a chance to explore a new city together.

Bringing the solution to life

With the approach aligned and feedback gathered, the team gets to work, configuring, testing and preparing the solution to go live.
