Why this product?
A mobile responsive tool that can be installed in less than two hours, and will ensure data is uploaded even if the application is closed. Data can be processed parallelly in batches as well as sequentially, allowing data uploads of up to 70MB.
Our Features
The Data Upload Tool simplifies and streamlines the process of uploading data which can be a time-consuming and tedious process.
Downloadable Template File
Once the API transaction and program is selected, an .xlsx API template can be downloaded which the user can fill with data.
Upload Bulk Data
When the upload button is clicked, the system will validate the fields by checking if all the mandatory fields are filled in the uploaded file. Once the validation is successful, the data will be saved in the local Mongoose Database.
Upload Multiple API Data
It’s possible to add multiple files under one job, but one file can only contain data relevant to one API.
Parallel/sequential Processing
Once the data is saved in the local database, it’s possible to process the data 'sequentially' or 'parallelly'.
Background Processing
Even if the application is closed after making a request, data processing will not be affected.
API Responses
After the M3 data is updated, the relevant processed or failed API response will be visible under ‘input items’. It is also possible to filter out the successful and failed transactions.
Download Results
Once the background task is completed, the end results can be downloaded in an .xlsx format.
M3 Data Upload Tool Audit Log Screen
The job histories, tasks, and information of a particular user can be viewed in the M3 Data Upload Tool Audit log screen. The history can be filtered according to date, user, company, division, program, and transaction. The audit log also prompts errors in background processes.
M3 Data Upload Summary Screen
A summary of all updated results and processes can be viewed as a pie chart on the summary screen. The summary can be filtered according to the date, program, and transaction. It is also possible to visualize the summary of transaction details.
