Local Country Addendum - Singapore

Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), you may have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data, subject to the applicable requirements, exceptions and limitations under the PDPA:

• Request access to your Personal Data held by Fortude and information about how your Personal Data has been used or disclosed, subject to the applicable exceptions under the PDPA;
• Request correction of your Personal Data where you believe that the Personal Data held by Fortude is inaccurate or incomplete;
• Withdraw your consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Data at any time, subject to reasonable notice and any legal or contractual consequences of such withdrawal;
• Lodge a complaint or raise a concern regarding Fortude’s handling of your Personal Data with Fortude and, where appropriate, with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).

Your rights under the Fortude Global Privacy Policy may include additional rights depending on the jurisdiction and applicable data protection laws. Where a right is not specifically provided under the Singapore PDPA, we will still make reasonable efforts to honour your request, but we are not obliged to do so where it is not legally or technically feasible.

You may exercise these rights:

• If you are an individual acting on your own behalf;
• Through a person duly authorised in writing by you to act on your behalf; or
• Through a legal representative where applicable under law.
