Natasha Telles Dcosta is the Director of Strategy, Consumer Products Asia Pacific at Veeva Systems. With a career dedicated to advocating for an insight-driven food and fibre industry over trend-based approaches, Natasha emphasises that “consumers buy concepts, not products.” She strongly believes in the importance of cultural competence in the Asia Pacific markets. As consumer, regulatory, and investor demands shift towards sustainability facilitated by digital technology, Natasha focuses on promoting solutions for digital transformation, assurance, and credibility. Her efforts are centred on driving awareness for sustainable solutions that offer ongoing benefits rather than quick fixes.
Before joining Veeva, Natasha led the APAC Nutrition consulting division of a management consulting firm and held senior positions within the New Zealand government.

Zack is a seasoned Chief Information Officer (CIO) with over 20 years of experience leading and managing IT teams both locally and globally. He has a proven track record of driving technology-enabled transformation across organizations, leveraging technology to achieve business growth and enhance performance. Zack is passionate about building high-performing teams that collaborate closely with the organization to deliver strategic objectives. At Bega Group Zack has transformed the technology landscape focus on consolidating systems, improving automation, and enhancing customer experience. Zack led the integration of five acquisitions, including the Mondelez grocery business, Murray Goulburn Koroit manufacturing facility, and the Dairy and Drinks business from Lion, into Bega’s technology environment. At Formica Zack led a business transformation project across North America, Europe, and Asia, establishing common processes and implementing competency centres to drive efficiency and consistency.
Zack Chisholm’s extensive experience and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving technological advancements and business growth across various industries. His leadership has consistently delivered significant value, aligning technology with organizational goals to achieve transformative results.
Meet Arjuna
Arjuna has over 26 years’ experience in Enterprise Application Services initially focused on the Fashion industry and later diversifying into Food, Manufacturing and Healthcare industries.
In 2010, he joined Brandix as their Chief Executive Officer – ERP Shared Services. After restructuring the Brandix Group M3 ERP rollout and setting up the structures, governance and support services for the Group, he spun off Brandix i3 in 2012, aiming to offer Infor M3 services to external customers. Brandix i3 worked with numerous customers across the world delivering solutions that have positively impacted their businesses. Arjuna has also driven the diversification of the company into the Food, Manufacturing, and Healthcare industries as well as expansion of its service offerings into other areas such as Business Analytics. Despite is wider Services focus, the company has also spawned a Product division that develops Tech products for a host of Industries, with Fashion as a key focus.
Brandix i3 was rebranded as Fortude in June 2017 with a view to building a Global IT brand. The company currently has over 500 associates and offices in the US, Canada, UK, Sri Lanka and Australia with plans to expand into India, Singapore and Europe.
