About Arjuna

Arjuna has over 24 years’ experience in Enterprise Application Services initially focused on the Fashion industry and later diversifying into Food, Manufacturing and Healthcare industries.

After gaining his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the UK, he returned to Sri Lanka in 1996 and a year later joined MAS Holdings. He was part of a pioneering team of SAP consultants that implemented SAP’s Apparel and Footwear (AFS) solution across all of MAS’s factories across Sri Lanka and India. In 2002, MAS spun off Rapier Consulting to offer SAP AFS services to external customers and Arjuna was part of the Leadership team that grew the company. This company later became a joint venture partner in Attune – a global SAP consulting firm. During his consulting tenure there, Arjuna worked with customers such as Pentland Brands, Tommy Hilfiger and Li and Fung, delivering SAP projects across the world as well as working directly with SAP AG to develop their AFS Best Business Practices. In 2007, he became attune’s Global Director for Product Development, Development and Customer Support and was instrumental in setting up their 24/7 offshore support center and building the company’s Fashion product portfolio.

In 2010, he joined Brandix as their Chief Executive Officer – ERP Shared Services. After restructuring the Brandix Group M3 ERP rollout and setting up the structures, governance and support services for the Group, he spun off Brandix i3 in 2012, aiming to offer Infor M3 services to external customers. Over the last few years, Brandix i3 has worked with numerous customers across the world delivering solutions that have positively impacted their businesses. Arjuna has also driven the diversification of the company into the Food, Manufacturing, and Healthcare industries as well as expansion of its service offerings into other areas such as Business Analytics. Despite is wider Services focus, the company has also spawned a Product division that develops Tech products for a host of Industries, with Fashion as a key focus.

Brandix i3 was rebranded as Fortude in June 2017 with a view to building a new Global IT brand. The company has over 250 associates and currently has offices in the US, UK, Sri Lanka and Australia with plans to expand into India and the rest of Europe.
