Local Country Addendum - United States of America

This Local Country Addendum for the United States of America (“U.S. Addendum”) applies in relation to the processing of personal data of individuals falling within the scope of applicable U.S. data privacy laws, including, without limitation, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 6501-6506) (COPPA) and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 22575-22579) (CalOPPA). This U.S. Addendum supplements the Privacy Policy and provides additional terms for compliance with specific applicable U.S. data privacy laws.

Children Under the Age of 13

Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on our website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on our website or through any of its features, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information with respect to the types of personal information the business shares with third-parties for direct marketing purposes by such third party and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year. Do Not Track Disclosure

Note that your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to websites and online services you visit. There is no consensus among industry participants as to what “Do Not Track” means in this context.
