Dear Valued Customer,
As COVID-19 continues to wreak unprecedented levels of disruption across the globe, I would like to update you on how Fortude is adapting its business model to ensure continuity for our customers, while ensuring the safety of our associates and their families.
The entire Fortude team, across our five global locations, are currently working from home. Our COE offices in Sri Lanka and India, have been closed temporarily to ensure the health and safety of our associates. Since we have the systems, infrastructure and processes in place to indefinitely work from home (WFH), I am not keen to rush back into a traditional work setting unless we are able to eradicate the possibility of infection.
I would like to assure you that our service delivery will continue, albeit leveraging WFH whenever required, to ensure that there is no interruption to your business. Whether it’s ongoing project delivery, functional or technical consulting or on-going support, our teams are engaged and contactable at any time. It is “Business as Usual” at Fortude and we will continue to deliver solutions that matter to you.
We have always believed in the value of long-term partnerships with our customers. In this spirit, I would encourage you to reach out to me or any of my global leadership team if there is anything that we can do to support your business during this volatile and unpredictable period.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your colleagues, your families and your communities.
Warm regards,
Arjuna Sirinanda
