Compliance Associate

 

Primary job role

The primary job role of the ‘Compliance Associate’ will be to assist the legal and compliance team with their daily operational activities.

Main duties/responsibilities

  • Assist in the sourcing and processing of documentation for compliance related-matters, including immigration documentation.
  • Assist in drafting processes and maintaining process documentation.
  • Assist in the maintenance and archival of statutory and contractual documentation.

Experience

  • 6 to 12 months of experience in a compliance-related role will be an added advantage.

Technical Knowledge

  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

  • Currently following a degree or an equivalent professional qualification.

Behavioral competencies

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills.
